Refund Policy

Certnomics.com.au/Certnomics offers gratitude to the learners for enrolling in the course. The learners will enjoy their training sessions as they continue discovering and assessing online courses. Our trainers maintain the quality and systematic streaming of courses to ensure dedicated learning while maintaining the transparency.

Upon enrolling in a training program on Certnomics, the prospective learner shall assent to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. The protocols of program and its methodology of deliverance is clearly defined under Cancelations and Refunds Policy. Here is the overview of the Cancelation and Refunds Policy with regard to the training programs:

The request for Cancelation and Refund shall be evaluated only after the request has been received by us from the registered Email ID of the Learner
The processing of Refunds shall only become legitimate only after Certnomics has deducted the Non-refundable Processing Charges (if there are any) within 30 Calendar Days from the origin of Registration Date for Refund Requests (as validated on the date of submission of the requisite documents by the learner.) to the main payment source without any exceptions. On the approval of refunds, the learner shall have the authority and responsibility for cancelation of any type of Credit Facility/Loan, which may be inclusive of and not limited to the Loan Cancelation Charges imposed on the cumulative Loan Amount. The charges against Loan Cancelation shall be decided with regard to the credit facility provider, and in this case Certnomics and/or Certnomics.com.au holds no authority thereof.
The request for deferment is ONLY REGISTERED and CONSIDERED once such request is received from the email of the Learner, which is registered with Certnomics.com.au. The eligible deferments shall only be taken care of, according to the seat availability in the study batch.
The first request for deferment shall not necessitate charges as Deferment Fee. However, for all subsequent requests for deferment, there will be charges equivalent of 10% of the course fee as deferment accrued by Certnomics. The learner shall follow the same charges unless a new request for deferment is made and the same holds the acceptance by Certnomics.com.au.
Approval of deferment would lead to rearrangement of the procedures of learning and commencement of the course from starting. In such a case, there shall be comprehensive alterations in the content of the course, deliverance schedules, days and timings of the course training and the like.
"Live Instructor-Led Courses" is the equivalent of All Certification Courses apart from the specified Live Instructor Led Courses.

Classification of Course/Training Program Cancelations and Refunds

There is likelihood of the scenarios where learners of the training programs may become interested in the Cancelations leading to processing of the Refunds. Here is the tabulated declaration of the Training Program and its Eligibility for Cancelations:

Online Self-Paced Courses	100% of Course Fee is refunded if the learner requests for cancelation of training program within seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment of the Course fee, and ONLY IF the learner has received training equivalent to less than 20% of the Course Fee.
Money-Back Guarantee	100% of Course Fee is refundable to the learner ONLY IF S/he fails to clear the Training Program in the First Attempt, despite: Maintenance of a minimum of 90% of the scheduled live training sessions; Accomplishment of 100% of the assigned self-paced course modules, which also consists of short quizzes, before enrolling for the examination; Earns a score of 85% in all the weekly assessments, before applying for the examination; Earns a minimum score of 75% in MOCK TESTS, before applying for the examination; Provided that Certnomics will receive the request for the refund within the scheduled time frame of seven (7) calendar days when the results of relevant examination are declared.

Refunds for Duplicate Payments

The processing of refunds in case of the Duplicate Payments will be done through the original means (Payments made through Original Methods) in the span of 15 Working Days once Certnomics has received the request from the learner for initiating the Payment Refunds for Duplicate Payments.

It should be understood that any learner may likely opt for the Deferment of the Course, or make the Selection of a New Course or very likely request for lowering the Fee of the Training Program by sending the email from his/her designated Email ID on to:

Analysis of the Fee Difference in the Course/Training Program

The difference in Course Fee of the alternate Training Program as chosen by the Learner, wherein the Course Fee for the New Program exceeds the Course Fee of the Previously Selected Study Program shall be paid by the Learner in complete.

The difference in Course Fee of the alternate Training Program as chosen by the Learner, wherein the Course Fee for the New Program is less than the Course Fee of the Previously Selected Study Program then the differential amount shall not become subjected to any type of Refunds. In such an event, Certnomics.com.au shall not be entitled to pay any refund amount to the designated learner.

Certification Courses and Expiration of Examination Dates

Learners enrolled in the Certification Courses who were issued the Examination Voucher/s need to consummate the Examination Process, adhering to the Guidelines, and the Projected Timelines of the Voucher Expiry as provided by respective Accreditation Body.

In absence of any specified timelines for consummating the examination process, the designated learners need to consummate the entire examination process within the time span of 6 (Months) when the course date is completed. In this type of scenario, Certnomics.com.au shall accept no claims.

All the learners who are enrolled in any type of certification program should religiously adhere to the timelines with the sole purpose of completing the examination. It is clearly notified that Certnomics.com.au shall not accept any requests whatsoever for extension of the Voucher Date or any other relevant claims with regard to the process of the examination after timelines have expired.

Notes

THERE SHALL BE NO SUCH REFUNDS OR CREDITS ISSUED TO THE ENROLLED LEARNERS FOR NON-ATTENDING THE TRAINING PROGRAM WHATSOEVER;
Certnomics.com.au/Certnomics has the obligatory mandate for either rescheduling and/or canceling a group training, or a solo training program session. Such a decision may arise out of inevitable/unescapable circumstances and Certnomics.com.au shall take into action with due reasons and the intent of informing the designated learner of any occurrence of changes or manipulations;
Should any abuse or violation with regard to the Cancelation and Refund Policy, or Terms and Conditions, or Privacy Policy is brought to the notice of the Certnomics.com.au or its management, requests from the end of the learners shall not be entertained;
Cancelation and Refund Policy of Certnomics.com.au has a changeable nature, and it is subjected to revision without sending any prior notification to the learner or the program participant.
